Can facial exercise make your eyes twitch?

I started doing facial exercise about three days ago, and for the past two days, my left eye has been twitching. At least I think it’s a twitch. My eye also seems to develop some kind of pulse of its own for a few seconds. So, could the eye exercises be causing this? I wink my eyes and hold the wink for a couple of seconds, then I pull back the skin on my temples and close my eyes really tightly.

Eye twitches are usually caused by vitamin deficiencies, but the eye pulsing thing you talked about isn’t normal-I’d go to a doctor if it doesn’t go away after a while. The facial exercises wouldn’t be causing this, but perhaps you should stop them anyway the exercise you’ve described probably wouldn’t be helping you anyway.

wierd huh? idk maybe it is like when you lift weights & your muscles start twiching and shaking too, u think? i guess that must mean its working right? but if its bothering you, dont do anything for a couple days and see if it stops. it could be other things too like maybe youre stressed or overly tired.
