well…am just starting the program… but am really noticing a change now. Not through the woods yet but am much more conscious of stress and the need to care more for my eyes. What are you doing? Have you had improvement also?

this is what i do i go on the computer for 4 hours for example then i come of and sleep for 2 hours then get up an exersize the other 2 i hope i got good eyes because im a long ranger sighter

Good Video! I would suggest that the person obtain and read his Snellen before he starts this “Bates” clearring work. That way he can confirm his own success, when his Snellen changes from 20/70 to normal. Thanks!

quiet well i feel a bit confident now… i worked for 3 months …coz ..my eyes hv become really weak coz..of the interaction with harmful rays of t.v and p.c .

@redgaridose Hi – as long as you take frequent breaks and look to distance and then back to close, as well as lubricating by rolling your eyes around and other mini exercises in my program, you should be able to avoid glasses. I hope so. Kind Aussie regards, Jeanette

I was upset earlier then one day i searched out whole internet reading articles about how to improve vision…then i found many techniques ..like wearing pin hole glasses and continously seeing the snells chart about 5 -10 mins and also i have an eye massager ,….which massages all the accupressure points near my eyes …u cn also massage on ur accupressure points with hands…
