Acquiring that relaxation of the muscles has often been the toughest part of learning any of these things, but without it all the other lessons are useless. The outer part, which we know as the white of the eye, but which is more properly called the sclera, is a difficult, fibrous tissue, which starts where the cornea leaves off, and extends back to where it is pierced by the optic nerve. At the very beginning, they are excited and keep on practising almost everyday, however, after several days, observing no difference, they give up, thinking that I cheat them, and there is basically no such ways to correct vision without glasses and surgeries.<br />
Therefore, I need to make a statement here that the non improvement of their eyesight has nothing to do with the method itself, but closely relates to their persistence in practicing it. As we all know, nothing can be achieved within just a few days, so does the natural vision improvement, as one&#8217;s blur vision is not formed within a short period of time, but caused by a long time&#8217;s bad habits of reading.<br />
I just want to remind those who have tried the natural vision improvement and those who have not that persist practicing regularly everyday and try to form it as a habit of themselves. I know it is a little bit difficult to insist since little improvement can be seen everyday, and you even have to insist for months or even years, but only by this way can you really restore your eyesight as a normal person. When you achieve something, you will see how great it is to see clear gradually without the assistance of glasses and surgeries, which, more or less, do harm to eyes.</div>

Therefore, you characteristically want to leave lights on in all the rooms of your home that you visit regularly throughout the day, so that you don&#8217;t have to enter a room and wait for your eyes to adjust or worse, wait for them to adjust, and end up graceful on something.<br />
Causes of Weak Eyesight: – Heat and Weakness of brain is a main cause of weak eyesight.<br />

Natural Remedies to Improve Your Eyesight: -<br />
• Make triphala water by adding 25gms of triphala in 500gms of water in the evening in a glass or clay vessel. In the morning, filter the solution and wash your eyes with it.<br />
• Fill your mouth with water and inflate it. Now sprinkle water in your eyes. Do it thrice a day preferably morning, afternoon and evening to keep your eyes refreshed. Doing this for a few months will improve your vision.<br />
• Poor vision is also a cause where intake of Vitamin C lacks. Orange juice is a good option to improve this as it is rich in vitamin C.<br />
• Drink carrot juice twice daily.<br />
• After having meals, wash your hands with water, without wiping rub both hands together and rub the index and middle finger from the side of the nose towards the side of the ear on the eyes 8-10 times daily at least for one year to cure all your eye problems.<br />
• Eating spinach will help in preventing various eye problems as it contains carotenoid.<br />
• Eat walnuts daily for a few days to reduce eye weakness. You can also take coconut daily or twice a week to prevent many eye diseases and improves eyesight.<br />
• Intake of spinach daily in the diet routine helps in purifying blood, increases hemoglobin and improves defective eyesight.<br />
• Daily massaging of the soles and toes of your foot with mustard oil will improve your eyesight.<br />
• Physical exercises: &#8211; It is important to understand that the aim of these exercises is to make eyes muscles more elastic and avoid tension. First try to feel your eyes: are they tensed? If so try to feel exactly where, and relax that area. Look at an object not far from you, and move your eyes: ten times up and down and ten times left to right, then in circles for 5 times. Take a piece of paper with a dot at its top edge.</div>

If you want to naturally improve your vision, take the steps now that will help you instead of hurt you.  Take more breaks during the day, close your eyes and think of pleasant things more often, get a good night sleep, think happier thoughts throughout your day, eat better, exercise at least 30 minutes a day.  Those are a few things that can start helping you today instead of hurting you more later on.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><img src="http://thm-a01.yimg.com/nimage/c41bd5cdc349a136" alt="image" title="vision training jpg" align="left" style="margin: 0 5px 5px 0" />Straining our eyes is one of the worst things we can do and can cause permanent damage.  Straining our eyes comes from years of bad habits, things that were taught to us as children.  It mostly begins around the time we start school.  Once we learn these bad habits without even realizing that they are harmful, we are now on our way to adulthood and the problems continue.  These bad habits we were taught in our youth are the reasons for our ailments later in life.As young children, we are naturally curious and eager to learn new things.  Any child just starting kindergarten or first grade will happily tell you how excited they are to start school.  As they leave elementary school and head on into junior high or high school, their enthusiasm tends to get less and less.  The thought of going to school is no longer fun.So what&#8217;s the big difference between first starting school and then attending all the years in between before graduation?  It&#8217;s because children are forced to spend hours every single day learning, studying and memorizing information that don&#8217;t even interest them.  Any subject that you are forced to learn that you are not interested in causes you to concentrate extra hard which puts strain on your eyes.  We don&#8217;t all enjoy the same subjects and as children, we have to study and memorize things in ways that are not fun or interesting. When you are forced to concentrate on information that is of no interest to you, that causes strain on your eyes.  How many people enjoy reviewing numbers on an analytical report at work?  Not all children enjoy the same subjects at school.  We know we all need a well rounded education and this shouldn&#8217;t imply that your education isn&#8217;t important.  It simply means that it&#8217;s time to start considering that there has to be a better way for children to learn.Dr. William Bates, a famous eye doctor, discovered The Bates Method.  This method consists of creating a large chart with commons shapes and letters that are familiar to school aged children.  This chart was positioned in the front of the room and the children were encouraged to look at the chart whenever they felt tired or overwhelmed.  By the children just glancing at this chart, it gave their eyes a chance to relax.  When you look at new material this can put strain on your eyes.  But when you look at familiar objects, the eyes start to relax.  Although this method was implemented into a few school and the teachers did notice a vast improvement, the board banished it from the classroom because they felt it was too distracting.  At this time, China is the only country that still teaches these methods.By teaching children to relax their eyes and not strain them at such a young age, their vision will remain sharp for years.</div>
